Bottle unscramblers
FRANZ TÖLKE bottle unscramblers are suitable for separating and unscrambling of bottles, tubes and other bulk material. They are used for feeding the articles correctly to filling machines, printing machines, labelling machines etc. The bottles are transferred either free-standing onto a conveyor belt or into pucks.
With the partition on several levels (feeding, pre-orientating, sensing, orientating, discharging) the functions are simplified. The sensing is made by mechanical or optical scanning.
Hoppers for storing bottles with a capacity of up to 30.000 litres can be added to bottle unscramblers.
FRANZ TÖLKE bottle unscramblers can be manufactured in different sizes
(Ø 1.000 - 2.600 mm), depending on the required capacity, size and shape of the parts to be handled.
By combining the bottle unscrambler with a bott-le orienter asymmetric, printed or labelled bottles can be oriented or in case inserted correctly into labelling pucks.
