Filling machines
FRANZ TÖLKE filling machines are suitable for
filling different containers with fluids and solids.
FRANZ TÖLKE standard filling machines are
manufactured in inline or rotary execution, depending
on the requirements and specification profile of
the machine. The rotary execution also offers the
combination with one or some of the following
functions:
- Inserting plugs
- Screw caps, push on caps or pumps
- Orienting of bottles / caps
- Turning / placing the bottle upside down
By using the mass-flow measuring technique a
high filling accuracy is achieved. In comparison
to inductive measuring devices they are independent from any product conductivity. Through
this they can be used for filling oils or fluids,
i.e. products without a homogen distribution
of conductive parts. The adjustment of the filling
quantities for the mass-flow measurement can be
effected infinitely via the panel. The filling product
only flows through a measuring tube. The consequences are:
- a lower charge for the product
- a better ability to clean the filler
- less wear parts
- simple adjustment of filling quantities
