FRANZ TÖLKE transfer units are suitable for lifting bottles out of pucks and inserting them into pucks, or set free-standing onto a conveyor. With this unit free-standing containers can be taken from a conveyor respectively. In addition containers can be oriented or put upside down (for upside-down bottles). There is also a possibility to encode the containers (inkjet, laser or others). With a cycle worm in the transfer unit there is a possibility to combine a 1st puck cycle with empty pucks and a 2nd puck cycle where only filled pucks might be delivered. FRANZ TÖLKE transfer units can be manufactured in different sizes, depending on the required capacity, size and shape of the parts to be handled.By combining the transfer unit with a bottle unscrambler the containers can be set directly into appropriate pucks. FRANZ TÖLKE offers complete units and therefore is able to supply different kinds of pucks for different kinds of bottles. According to necessity the pucks are manufactured in different methods of production (blow moulding, casting process, cutting, or others). Functions like free-standing bottles for labelling, holding of round containers for screwing purposes etc. are possible.
